When Terrorist Kasab can Get Advocate of Choice then Why Not .............I........???

जब  हमारे देश की व्यवस्था एक आतंकवादी जिसने ...निर्दोष लोगो की निर्मम हत्या कर दी.,..............उसको     लाख फीस खर्च करके मर्जी का वकील दे सकती है तो मनोज  विश्वकर्मा  ( जो की झूठे केस के खिलाफ   न्याय के लिए   संघर्ष कर रहा है  )  को क्यों नहीं ................????? 

I had raised this Question before the Judge in Court,...........When a Terrorist Who Mercilessly Killed 170 Innocent People, can get Lawyer of Choice ( by Paying the Fees of Rupees 15:50 Lac by our System ) Then why not i.....................???   who is Fighting against False case . Communication was done to Mr. Deepak Gupta  Distt. Sessions Judge & Member Secretary  Haryana State Legal Services Authority ,  Chief Justice High Court Chandigarh & Supreme Court . Then RTI , scam came out. then Communication to Law Minister. Now Law Ministry has forwarded this letter to High Court, Chandigarh .

This step will help Crores of people in Need. It took 2 years to bring this result
